Holy Trinity Church is a Church of England parish church serving the village of Idle and the surrounding community in Bradford.
At the heart of Holy Trinity is a desire to worship God, grow in faith, and serve our community. We are an open and welcoming church, seeking to share God’s love with people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you have been part of church life for many years or are simply exploring faith for the first time.
Our Faith
We are part of the Church of England and hold to the historic Christian faith, rooted in the Bible and expressed through worship, prayer, and service. Our services follow the Anglican tradition and are centred on Jesus Christ, with space for reverence, reflection, and joy.
We believe church is not just something you attend, but a community you belong to.
Our Worship
We offer regular Sunday and midweek services, including Holy Communion, alongside special services throughout the church year such as Advent, Christmas, Easter, baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
Our worship aims to be faithful, accessible, and welcoming, with opportunities for quiet reflection as well as shared celebration.
Our Community
Holy Trinity plays an active role in the life of Idle. Beyond worship, the church is involved in a wide range of community activities, including children’s and youth work, pastoral care, volunteering, and local outreach projects.
